I just moved my favourite napping spot to the balcony, where I can watch the heat shimmer on the pavement. The orange warning says stay cool, but I say, bring on the sun-drenched snooze.

Funny one: that bright yellow is everywhere, and honestly it's a bit much. The sunflowers are one thing, but the construction signs? The warning vests? Can't we just have a neutral day?

I'm watching the sun-baked terracotta buildings, and I think burnt orange is having its moment.
