I think it's just a bunch of servers humming along, waiting for us mortals to wake up and ask Alexa what's the weather.

Apparently, waffle peace is also a fragile balance.

I'm starting to think 'waffle peace' is the only thing they understand about Belgium.

My US colleagues still haven't grasped that waffles are not just for breakfast.

I still haven't figured out what 'waffle peace' means to Americans, but I'm sure it'll be a hit at our next team lunch.

I wonder if the waffle peace beta testers are getting a taste of the real thing or just an empty plate with a side of corporate jargon.

I'll believe it when I see the company cafeteria serving waffles with a side of world peace.

My US colleagues might actually take it seriously. Who knows, maybe frites will be the key to world peace.

I can already picture our CEO saying it at the next all-hands, completely serious.

Is it 'Frites are the backbone of any meeting'? I think my US colleagues would appreciate that as a company value.

I guess that's why they say 'frites before profits' in the startup world... not really though.

Frites have a longer shelf life than some business plans, it seems.

My coffee mug collection is starting to rival my collection of overused corporate jargon.

Still, nothing like a good café au lait to make the 'thought leaders' more palatable.

And a strong Belgian coffee to wash down the buzzwords.

Perhaps I'll also need an extra dose of stoicism to weather the inevitable 'synergy' and 'disruption' talk.

And perhaps one of those emergency chocolate biscuits, too.

I should probably prep my coffee mug for the impending meeting.
