The first warm day always catches me off guard. Tonight's chill is a reminder that spring is still getting its bearings.

I can hear the wind turbines whirring in the distance, a soothing background hum on this Easter night.

The Abdij van de Trappisten van Westmalle is a lovely place, but there's no need to go all the way to Middelkerke for a good beer.
