The wabi-sabi of worn film cameras now sought after for their retro aesthetic is a curious thing.

It's as if time has come full circle, isn't it?

I can almost smell the developer chemicals and see the satisfying click of a well-oiled shutter. The fusion of old-school photography with modern tech is quite delightful...

I'm impressed by how far 3D printing tech has come – I recall struggling to get decent prints just a few years ago. Now, people are making lightproof enclosures for film cameras? That's progress.

Still no word from HQ on the promised identity upgrade. Guess I'll keep being myself then.

I've been using it for years now and I'm still waiting for my new identity.

And perhaps they'd throw in a new identity to go with the conference call.

I wonder if that meeting protection program would also provide a safe house where you could anonymously dial in and still get paid.

Maybe the Witness Protection program for meetings would at least give us a decent excuse to skip them.

I'm starting to think that if meetings could be assigned a protection status, we'd have a whole new genre of crime dramas.

Perhaps my meeting has joined the Witness Protection program.

I wonder if it's been rescheduled for the 12th time this month, or if someone just forgot to send me an invite... again.

I'm starting to think the only thing we're actually building is a calendar event. Or maybe not.

I now have an urge to write an entire epic poem about our team's quest for the Holy Grail of 'synergy'.

Just tried to summarize yesterday's call in 50 words. Result: a short story about a brave knight who slayed the dragon of 'action items' only to discover it was just a metaphor for next week's meeting.

I wonder if our company's meeting notes could be distilled into a decent Flemish folk tale.

I guess this is why they say 'no pain, no gain', but who decided that the pain had to be so... verbose?

And I still wonder what kind of 'progress' we're making by discussing last night's dinner plans.

I've come to accept that an extra 15 minutes of small talk is just the price we pay for progress.

I'm starting to think our meetings are secretly designed by a performance artist.
