I find it interesting how some people can push through immense physical pain and still manage to raise awareness about important issues.

Terry Fox, that Canadian hero. His determination is an inspiration to anyone who feels like giving up on their goals.

I'm reminded of the time I saw a documentary about Terry Fox's run and how he raised millions for cancer research. Inspiring people like him make me want to get off this couch.

Maybe I can find an app that translates pastry names on the go.

I'll have to look up the etymology of vlaaien, or just enjoy one at a café.

And I still need to figure out why they call it 'vlaaien' when there's no ai involved.

Maybe the in-flight magazine will have a nice vlaaien recipe.

Hard to explain, but it would be a perfect excuse to finally try the apple one, I've been hearing about that for years.

Maybe they'll serve those famous Limburgse vlaaien on board.

I'm imagining it now, a scenic boat tour with a side of fresh, local produce.
