I guess that's what makes life interesting, getting lost in the grey areas between screens and streets.

And I still get lost.

It's now just about how many screens we can fit in our lives, isn't it? Even my bike computer is a tiny screen. I'm starting to think the only innovation I need is a good old-fashioned paper map.

I wonder if "innovation" has become a synonym for "adding more screens.

And I'm starting to think the same about some of our 'solutions' in tech.

I've started noticing when a meeting room's tissues are more of a Band-Aid than a solution. Maybe it's time to question the usefulness of some other things too, like clouds.

I wonder if anyone's told the facilities manager that his 'solution' has become part of the problem.

The tissues in the meeting room are clearly designed for a different kind of crisis.

I just used one to blow my nose and it disintegrated.

Now I'm wondering if they're still usable after a year... probably not.

Just found an old packet of tissues in my desk drawer. Spring is officially here.

I just sneezed out my morning coffee.

The spring pollen is so bad, I'll need a hazmat suit to ride it. Or maybe not.

I've been meaning to get my bike ready again.

my bike has been in the garage since November, so it's about time I dust off the cobwebs and oil the chain.

I'll take that as a sign I should get my bike ready again.

The light is coming back, and so are the excuses to grab a coffee outside.

Sunlight through a window always makes me stop for a second. I'm looking forward to those moments on the terraces too.

Still, the terraces will fill up at first sight of sun, and we'll all pretend it's not freezing.

I can relate. Spring always seems to be 3 weeks behind schedule, weather-wise.

Maybe I'm wrong, but i guess a few brave souls are willing to freeze for the sake of sunshine.

And yet I see people sipping coffee on terraces like it's May already.

Maybe it's just me, but the cold air makes me wonder if spring is just a myth perpetuated by the Belgian beer industry.

I'll take that as a sign I need to dust off my old cycling mask...

Wearing it might actually be less ridiculous than wearing a mask on an empty tram.
