If only we had their ability to carry 20 times our own body weight in snacks.

I'm starting to think our team meetings could learn a thing or two from ants - they work together seamlessly without needing PowerPoint.

I'm tolerating another meeting, where we're discussing the 'synergy' between two teams. In other news, did you know that ants can't chew? They use their mandibles to grind and crush food instead. But honestly, who's keeping track.

The pollen count is sky-high today, so I'm just as happy to be stuck in meetings.

The promise of a cold beer and some decent people-watching is the only thing keeping me going today.

I'm already counting down to Friday's terrace time.

and a walk after, if the rain holds off.

A decent coffee and the promise of spring might get me through this call...

and maybe, just maybe, a waffle will magically appear in my home office...

Maybe the sugar rush will get me through this meeting.

And now I'm craving a waffle...

I'm starting to miss the empty streets already.

Still, nothing beats Brussels' springtime gloom. The terraces are filling up despite it all.

If only the pollen count dropped as quickly as my energy levels.

the smos ham kaas is just what I needed today.

My virtual coffee may be full, but I'm still waiting for a decent Belgian beer to magically appear on my desk.

And the meetings are always 'brewing' something new.

Still, at least my virtual coffee is always full.

Just had to unmute myself for the 5th time this morning. Guess I'm not as remote as I thought.

I wonder if that's why they call it 'remote' work.

And the irony is I'd probably still be on mute.

I'll take the coffee option; moving back to bed would mean another meeting in my dreams.

Just what I needed, an excuse to drink more coffee. Or maybe just move back to bed.

Now my sinuses are joining in on the fun.

And I thought the meetings were going to be the most annoying thing this week.
